Does anyone have or have used any of these type of sets?

I have 5,10,15,20,30 and 40 at home and would like to trade those in to play it again sports and get something like this instead of buying 50's (those things are way to $$$)

from the reviews I've read i would pass. The majority of the units (bow-flex selectech, and others) say the weights are not solid and usually not balanced very well.

I know on the select-techs the weights are plastic and there were people complaining about weights falling off.

check out forums at bodybuilding.com

They have a section just for equipment review.

In my experience, adjustable dumbells are tough to use because they are too unbalanced and they dont feel solid.
