Something tells me that he would not have skipped the celebration if he had say, 100 yards & 2 TDs. This guy has T.O. written all over him.

Cardinals' Boldin bolts out back door
GLENDALE, Ariz. -- The Arizona Cardinals (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/clubhouse?team=ari) used only one receiver on nine of their final 14 plays in the NFC Championship Game.
Anquan Boldin (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=4512) was not that receiver.
Initial evidence suggests Boldin wasn't too happy with the situation.
As teammates streamed into the Cardinals' locker room after the 32-25 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/clubhouse?team=phi), Boldin was seen leaving out the back door.
The two-time Pro Bowler was asked if an NFC championship helped alleviate any ill feelings he had toward the team.
"That's not an issue," Boldin said, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. "Like I told you guys at the beginning of the season, my main goal was to do this. I've come through with all of my promises. I fought. I gave my heart to this organization. It's paying off." Late in the game, cameras showed Boldin arguing with offensive coordinator Todd Haley on the sideline. Once the game ended, Boldin left the field quickly without celebrating.
In the locker room, Haley dismissed the sideline interaction as part of the game. He described himself as emotional.
"Just the emotions of the game," Haley said. "We're emotional guys. Like I said, I wear my heart on my sleeve and that's the way I go about business and I have to deal with that on a full-time basis."
Cameras also showed Haley and quarterback Kurt Warner (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=1682) in heated conversation, but Warner and Haley have a strong history.
Warner has even joked about spending so much time speaking with Haley that his wife has suspected the quarterback might be having an affair.
But Boldin's relationship with the team has been more contentious, stemming from a contract dispute.
Boldin even requested a trade in August, saying he didn't feel his situation could be resolved and declaring he has no relationship with coach Ken Whisenhunt.

God is on Warners side...he will prevail, and the Cardinals will prevail. If Boldin really is going to be a whiney lil *****...let him walk.

theres a lot more to this then what we are seeing. boldin has NO history of going off on coaches and the man tried to play thru that horrendous injury.
according to BSPN they say he was hurting, he wasnt getting a rhythm going and it came to a head...

I couldn't believe it when I saw Boldin jawing w/ Haley at that moment. The Cards were driving to take the lead in the NFC Championship game, and this guy is mouthing off to the OC? That was just awful. Worst possible time for a blow-up.
Boldin is VERY lucky the Cardinals scored on the drive and won the game, otherwise people would justifiably be saying he cost the team a trip to the Super Bowl.

I don't know. Roethlisberger was sucking up pretty hard to Jesus during the trophy presentation.
Jesus is going to have a very tough decision in determining who wins this Super Bowl.
My guess is that Jesus allows the Cards to cover, but the Steelers win the game. Because the Rooneys are a family that have produced something like 5 priests and a few Nuns.
And Jesus loves Nuns. They are his enforcers.

Its why Larry Fitz is my favorite player. He doesn't say **** and just gets the job done. Best in the league in my opinion. And when it is all said and done i think hes going down as a top 5 receiver of all time. IMO he has the best hands of all time. Tied with Rice.

Boldin is a hell of a receiver, someone of his caliber should get the ball thrown his way IMO. Can't blame him for getting a little heated, he's been through a couple of injuries this season and tried to play despite them but couldn't.

Why do people overreact on this site? Why shouldn't they give him a ring? He's one of their best players.

Well to be fare. Fitzgerald got paid. Boldin hasn't yet.

Exactly how I felt about it. What's so important that he had to get in the OC's face during the NFC Championship game? Nothing. My opinion of Boldin has changed.

I don't blame Boldin for getting frustrated. He had an injury and they didn't even attempt to throw his way except for the few times they did. They gave Fitzgerald an extension but left Boldin out to dry. Don't get me wrong, Fitzgerald is a beast but so is Boldin when healthy. So for him to go off about something is surprising but not as bad as any other frustrated player. You can call him what you want but at least he isn't a TO or Chad Johnson.

In all fairness, we don't know what they were jawing about...
For all we know, Boldin was arguing with the OC that was directly related to that game-winning drive...
We have no idea that he was just complaining about not getting the ball. He could have seen something in the D, said something to the OC, and the OC could have just said something back very quick or dismissive (like "I'll do the coaching" or something) and it could have set off that 5-10 second argument.
It's not out of the realm of possibility.
I'd take Boldin in DC any day of the week.

It's been reported that Boldin was upset with being taken out during the game winning drive. Can't say I blame him.

Anquan, if you're reading this. If things don't work out in Arizona, the Giants would welcome you with open arms.

Boldin was taken out for Breaston on the GW drive.
He's also under contract until after the 2010 season, so he's got zero leverage right now.

I liked boldin, respected his talent and toughness, but what he did is just inexcusable... when it counted THE MOST, he choose to be a selfish distraction, putting himself in front of the team... I have never ever seen an NFL player do something like that at such a crucial time... I don't even think TO would pull that when his team was driving to get into the superbowl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! unreal...
he's out of my circle of trust...

Right on the money. He is no way near T.O in terms of being a cancer. He is a terrific WR, and I wouldnt mind him on our team at all.

Oh TO would pull that. He'd pull it if his team were winning the Super Bowl on the final drive.
Edit- Of course he'll never BE in that situation but he'd pull that if he were.

I understand why he's a little ticked. He's been there since before Fitz and has produced even more than Fitz has in the same span. He's reached 500 receptions faster than anyone and has the highest Yards Per Game average of any receiver EVER as it stands.
But Fitz is the one who got the big contract first and is the WR everyone knows. He's got the ability to make huge plays and he's been unable to. Its a big stage and he just wants to contribute.
The man is not T.O.
