We have 2 powerful liberals and 1 weasel. Which one of them will have the real power?

Will Nancy and Harry bow down to Obama and do what he wants?

Will Obama and Harry bow down to Queen Nancy?

Will Nancy and Barry bow to Harry?

I think Nancy will be the one with all the Cards. Barry will need Nancy if he wants to get anything he wants passed. So he will defer to her alot I think.

who's the weasel? Pelosi?

coming from a "republican"...I MUCH rather have Obama w/ the actual power than Pelosi. While I typically disagee with his policies, I do think he is a smart man with common sense. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for her.

Harry Reid is the weasel. I really hopes he loses reelection in 2010.

It will be interesting seeing the dynamic of all DEMOCRATIC government. We haven't see one in 15 years. Clinton and Carter had problems with their democratic congress. Will Obama have problems?

Is this a serious question? I'd say go with a person w/ a 84% nationwide approval rating and 13 million emails of people he can recruit to support his agenda.

Reid? Cause you can't get an approval rating if you're not POTUS...yet.

And a link please for those stats??

Congress has to enact whatever Obama wants to get done and you get bet they will be putting their 2 cents in.

Past democratic Presidents have had problems dealing with democratic congresses during their terms.

So, it will be interesting to see who will really be setting the agenda. Will it be 100% Obama or will Nancy be the real trend setter?

Pelosi has never had an original or worthwhile thought in her life.

Eighty-four percent of those surveyed say they approve of how Obama is handling the presidential transition.
Yes I am aware that this is approval of transition performance and not approval of job performance.

I think they work well together myself and get all sorts of different things done together.

Obama wants alt energy. Reid is from Nevada. Pelosi owns stock in Pickens. Perfect.

Not a lot of people had an army of supporters willing to make calls and knock on doors at a moment's notice.

The last sentence is leading me to believe that you are not quite understanding the Obama way of doing things. This is going to be an all-inclusive no-bull freight train sort of thing.

I got enough of Obama's supporters calls and even a couple of door knocks during the campaign. The election is over I don't want any of them coming to my door or calling my house or stopping me in the street; saying I must support the latest Obama proposal.

I understand Obama wants to try to be different but he's facing a party that doesn't necessarily agree with that. They saw him as the ticket to get full control again and rode it. I think he will have more problems dealing with all the differing interests in his own party. They are expecting all their issues to get passed along with Obama's issues.

As for Republicans they will be polite but except for the liberal/moderate Republicans; most be giving Obama the cold shoulder.

I know you believe that OBama will truely transform the way things are done in Washington. I personally don't have the faith that people Obama will have to transform will see his way of thinking.

We'll see. We got the next 4 years to see what happens. If I am wrong, I'll eat my crown and bow down :notworthy to Alexey in a post at some future date.

Obama by a 2-1 margin

It remains to be seen if he can lead though

Just out of curiosity for the Pelosi bashers, what specifically has she done to draw your ire?

For her supporters, what has she done to lead?
