As unlikely as I knew it was, part of me thought he might've been dead.

His press conference was moving. Especially the part where he tried to answer a question posed by a folding chair. And then threatened to kick its ass.
Seriously, though, I'm sure his brain is fine.

He never lost movement. He was just knocked completely out. Good to hear he's doing well.

what ?
he had movement in his arms and legs almost immediatelyA. This is a thread for news about him being ok. Are you seriously posting to challenge me for a statement that while, maybe exaggerated, was describing the hit and immediate moments afterward?
B. Look at that video again, his leg slumps down immediately after and for a few seconds nothing else moved. It looked bad - real bad. Let's say his neck was broken, doesn't mean your limbs aren't going to move because of gravity. Also, could you tell right away this wasn't going to be something incredibly serious?
This is silly. I'm not going to engage in an argument on a thread in which the sole topic is saying "glad that McGahee is ok."

Apparently a full recovery is expected :)
I just saw a clip of that college injury; OUCH!!! How the hell he was able to recover from that I don't know.
