They think Sid is MJ, like he can carry an entire league into stardom. Too bad he's not and nobody in this league is and that includes Ovechkin. Every game with Crosby is national.

Dude! What are you talking about? Not the fiasco in NY with that BS goal in the shootout. I realize you posted this before last night's expected win over Tampa but even in the last ten games they've been kicking ass. Put them on the nat'l stage and lets show everybody how very good the Caps are.

I didn't think we were horrible, however it seemed for a couple of games we started to play worse and worse, it seems as if now it was just a fluke so I'm looking forward to the game now.

The closest thing they have to an MJ in this league is Ovechkin. You can argue that Crosby or Malkin is better than him, but neither one of them has teh charisma. not to mention, his huge hits only build up his likeability.

Ovechkin can carry the league, he's that exciting to watch. Unfortunately (for the NHL), he is Russian, so he can never by the face of the league. Thats the real reason they keep trying to pump Sid The Kid over Ovechkin (who's the better player).
