Gary Miller
DENVER (CBS4) ―
CBS4 Broncos Insider Gary Miller has learned disgruntled quarterback Jay Cutler is expecting to be traded as soon as today. Sources tell Gary that Cutler believes he'll soon be a Washington Redskin.
The Redskins have been frequently mentioned as a landing spot for Cutler in the past several days, and reports indicate Washington has been the most aggressive in their dealings with the Broncos.
We've learned that Cutler is in Nashville awaiting word on his fate. He was planning a trip out of Tennessee today, but we're told he decided not to leave with the possibility of a trade looming.
If Cutler is in fact headed to Washington, the obvious question then is, 'who does the Broncos get in return?' It's impossible to say for sure until any deal is done, but you would have to assume that Redskins' quarterback Jason Campbell would somehow be included in any deal. But Campbell doesn't necessarily have to end up in Denver. A third team could also be involved with Campbell going there.
All of which brings us back to the question, 'who does the Broncos get in return?' As Alan Gionet might say...Good Question!
Stay tuned.

That's actually correct. The Broncos is singular.

'Who does the Broncos get in return'?
That is actually correct, but you shouldn't write so awkwardly. Say something like, "What will the Broncos get in return?"

That's actually correct. The Broncos is singular.
Who does the Redskins get?
Who does the Cowboys get?
I think if you remove "the <teamname>" and replace with "they", it should be a seamless transition.

Exactly IT IS a team.
Right, with a collection of people.
When we acquire someone you don't say "Clinton Portis is a Redskins"
It's "Clinton Portis is a Redskin."

Right, with a collection of people.
When we acquire someone you don't say "Clinton Portis is a Redskins"
It's "Clinton Portis is a Redskin."
THIS.
So it would be "Jay Cutler is a Bear" or "Jay Cutler is not a Bronco".
Whom are the Broncos getting?

I don't like the idea of losing a 1st round pick, especially this year, when we need a SLB and a RT, so it needs to be next year's pick or don't do it.

It's already done, sir. Cutler to Chicago.
