Came across this this morning...nothing really earth shattering other than that Vic Carruci thinks Andre Smith will be there at 21 for the Eagles to pick up. There's no way he lasts till 21...if he's there at 13 the Skins need to (and hopefully will) take him.

I don't even see Smith making it to us. I think we'd take him, even though I like Oher better as a prospect.
