By all accounts he's hit the weight room really hard, and has also done a lot of speed and route running work. Expecting great things from him at the #2 WR.

He isn't really participating. He's standing on the sidelines doing very limited work.


Daniels looks to be in good shape as well his arms are huge!

Phil Daniels told me after practice today that last week he lifted 633 lbs. without any brace or whatever. Dude is back and, as an added bonus, he's got a chip on his shoulder.

Thats insane to me. I killed a blue marlin in the Bahamas a couple years ago that was 633 lbs. Its hard to fathom that one man could hoist that weight.

Nah, that's just another player with #71. Offensive players wear white jerseys and he's in a red one. Mike Williams is much bigger than that. I'm not sure who the tryout player on defense is that's wearing #71.
