Just heard someone was hit by train at Forest Glen on the Red line.

This happens every once in a while. A lot of the times it is a suicidal person who jumps in front of the train.

Prayers to the family of the person.

Disruption at Forest Glen. Trains are sharing the same track between Forest Glen & Silver Spring due to a report of a person struck by a train at Forest Glen. Expect delays in both directions.

OK, where's that thread with the adjacent threat titles that oddly pair up. Because this thread is currently paired with one about "CNN: Metro driver hailed as hero"

Update from this morning's WaPo said that the guy who was hit appeared to be on the tracks intentionally.

Who cares about some guy I never heard of dying? Get this thread off the board. It's in getting in the way of all my celebrity death news.
