I used sportsline last year and really liked it. Now it costs $$ as wel does espn. Does anyone know of any good free fantasy football sites?

I would also like to know what do people think of ESPN's fantasy football?

Try nfl.com. They are not up for the next season yet but they should be shortly. I have played with them the last 2 years and I will play with them again this year.

NFL.com is now under Sportsline.com.

Fanball.com is only $50.00. I have never used it though.

nfl.com still runs a seperate fantasy football site I believe. I have not heard otherwise. I know the site is run by sportsline but I think it was run by them last year and they still had a seperate fantasy section from sportsline.com.

Ditto - Yahoo's free games kick ass.

And you play up to 3 leagues per fantasy game per email.

And I did a search on fantasy football leagues. Yahoo was the only one that I found that was free. This is getting ridiculous. Next year you are either going to have to do it yourself or pay for it. I don't think there are going to be any free sites next year.

Sorry something is screwy with my computer today...Espn has a link that gives you information on players at each position, Mock drafts, etc. Click Fantasy from the main page and snoop around and you'll find it.

Thanks Steve, cnnsi has some good free stuff also. If anyone knows of a website that isn't as mainstream as espn or cnnsi let me know.

Make that a free non-mainstream website pertaining to fantasy football.

Here's a link to FFBookmarks.com which has a list of all the free fanstasy football sites.

The best fantasy football site in my opinion was 4for4 sports but they went to a pay site last year.

Do any of these places have real-time scoring? That is what I'm looking for mostly.

I think most have the real time scoring now.

There is always cbssportsline.com or cbs.sportsline.com I forget which, at any rate they definitely have real time scoring, I'm curious, what's your strategy going to be with the real time scoring?
