Where can I watch Pre-Season Games Online?

I live in Raleigh, NC in an apartment complex that only allows Time Warner Cable, so i won't get the game on TV today and since Time Warner doesnt carry the NFL Network, i cant watch the replay tomorrow.

Anyone know someplace online that will stream the game live, preferably in HD?

I'd also prefer a site that doesnt make me install software that will put 'bots on my PC. :-) Thanks,
