This is what I don't get about YouTube.

Someone emailed me that video several years ago, and then I tried to upload it to YouTube, and it was denied, because it was a "Copyright Violation"

So how is this random guy allowed to do it ??

How does YouTube draw the line on copyrights ?

It's sad that Criss' illusions are being exposed because he is actually quite invigorating.

I loved the one where he made a yellow bird appear out of orange juice. Video editing or not, that was tough?!

The one where he spat the man's teeth back into their mouth was tough and how about the card behind the glass window when he threw the deck up against the glass?! :D

I've wondered also. A friend of mine was on the Tonight Show and I put up his performance on youtube and then I got the magic letter saying it was copyrighted etc.. and was taken down. But there are tons of other Tonight Show stuff there.. dunno, but i'm not taking any chances..
