Keys to victory – We ask them
By John Pappas

Every week we express what we believe are the keys to victory. But we don’t play the game. So this week, we thought we would ask Washington Redskins players what they think the keys are to beating a Detroit team hungry for a win.
While some were fairly stock answers, all belied the mindset of the individual players; the things they are focusing on in what they expect to be a tough game against a determined opponent.
Chris Wilson
Man we’ve got to come into our own. We’ve got to be ourselves is what we’ve got to do. We can’t be uptight. We’ve got to be disciplined and everything but we’ve got to be very decisive. That’s the number one thing. When we play decisive, all the other things take care of themselves; the physical, the fastness; everything else takes care of itself. But we’ve got to be decisive.
Casey Rabach
Execute. That’s all it comes down to is players making plays. There’s no special magic formula or anything like that. Just go out there and play. There is no trick play that’s going to win us this game or any special play that coaches are going to come up with or reinvent this offense or anything. [We need to] just go out there and play up to the capabilities that we know we can play.
