Hi Guys I figure I create a questionare to see why people are angry and frustrated. (For whatever reason I couldn't figure out how to make a poll)

I don't want to influence the results but I think it has to be one more than the other and would like to hear what you think.

Choose one:

Are you mad/frustrated at the owner?

Are you mad/frustrated at the Offense?

Are you mad/frustrated at a particular player(s)?

Are you mad/frustrated at the Coach or Staff?

Are you mad/frustrated at the decisions made in the off-season?

Are you mad/frustrated at the way you are treated as a fan? (aka price for tickets, stuff at the game like food etc. or being sued?)

Are you mad/frustrated because you are tired of being a mediocre team?

Are you mad/frustrated at the media? ( aka sportsnews outlets, blogs, boards etc.)

I'm mad/frustrated at all these things but if I had to choose....the way we are being treated as fans is what gets me. I think that wapo article really got people mad. Its the only thing I can think of really. I mean we've always deep down inside knew our offense is not explosive. And we've had this type of offense for over 10 years now. And we were always civil. never really booing our team after a win.

I think the wapo article made people realize that we the fans, are being taken advantage of. And we've had enough. Winning makes all these things go away but we won on Sunday and the fans are still upset. I'm proud you all stood up and made a stand that enough was enough. That the team better produce or people are going to stop going to the games. And then maybe Snyder and the rest of the front office will listen.

Sorry for the rant but man...we need to win on sunday big time. For everyone's sake

Since you started the thread, I'll give a response (why not?):

It's the organization of it all. The front office doesn't know what it wants. We seem to always have a mix between guys that are 22-25 and 34-37 years old. Why don't we have a solid core of guys between 26-30? That's how most teams are built. Instead of going through the draft like the teams that win consistently, Dan Snyder gets too afraid to build a loser that he builds a team that's suitable for NFL play but that's it.

He is way too impatient with the talent we have. There's a few mainstays from the draft that have contributed, such as Chris Cooley, Sean Taylor (RIP), Laron Landry, and god willing Brian Orakpo. But the guys we sign to be amazing for us have to adapt to such a new environment that they don't even get a chance.

We as fans are way too impatient and Snyder as a Owner/Fan is even more impatient. We have no consistency at any position. Jon Jansen was the only starter to maintain all the way through the Snyder years up until 2009 and he played one of the least glamorous positions in football.

We need to learn from the Pats, build through the draft, be patient through the hard years and be confident in the players you got, because when you let them go, you're only questioning your own judgment Snyder.

No, it's supposed to be for intelligent discussions about the Skins and how they play.

Instead it's a bunch of negative nancys crying because the sky is always falling.

And a bunch of people who attempt to put said threads off topic. :silly:

Answer the question or GTFO, you don't have to post multiple times to tell the guy he's posting worthless threads. Send the Mods a message if ya don't like it, if you don't care then don't post....just sayin

Well, maybe said threads wouldn't get off topic if they didn't suck?

Edit: And that's not directed at you OP, just a general statement...

Generally, when fans boo, its because they think that, for some reason, the team is not focused on winning. In this case, there may be several reasons: (1) proving Campbell is a starting quality QB to justify the picks they used on him, (2) elevating Zorn to HC, even though he wasn't on anyone else's radar for an OC position, (3) making big splash signing and ignoring depth issues. On ES, you can also add a fourth reason: delusional expectations of mediocre players.

I've never heard fans boo a team that was playing their hearts out, no matter how many games they lost. Fans are generally very forgiving to the players. No one wants to boo their own team.

I'm glad you see where I'm coming from. If only others could as well, then maybe I wouldn't be hated so much around these parts.
