I started a blog a while back basically just to vent my hopes and frustrations with Washington area sports teams. I'm trying to get back to it and consistently update it so I figured the more people that check it out the more likely I will be to stick to it.
I previewed the Lions game HERE (http://cannonballcoming.blogspot.com/).
Hopefully it pleases more people than it offends. Feel free to let me know what you think. I also wrote an entry about the whole Robert Henson hullabaloo.

Thanks for the tip. How do I reduce it to comply?

<sigh>
Okay, I asked for it.
Let's look at the rule first.
15. Please maintain respectable size signatures within the limitations set herein.
Maintaining reasonable size signatures minimizes the amount of load time needed to access a given page. Furthermore, it reduces the amount of excessive scrolling required of users perusing threads. Signatures should not exceed 550 pixels in width and 200 pixels in height. These dimensions are not a guideline, they are a rule. It is the standard dimension for the entire signature size a member can use. Regardless of the quantity of photos posted, the sum area of all the photos must not exceed the stated size limitations. In addition, signatures should not contain any more than 10 lines of text. The sum total of the height (ie. 200 pixels) INCLUDES text or any combination of images and text.
An example of a maximum sized sig is provided below:

Sooo........
If the image was used by itself, it could be 200 pixels. But you have a line of text. You also have a line feed between the image and the text. Since an image-less sig may not have more than 10 lines of text (of default size), we can calculate that a line of text is 20 pixels. Unfortunately, a line feed is also 20 pixels. That only leaves 160 pixels of height for your image.
So the image needs to be 160 pixels in height.
It's easy if you have photo shop. Open the image file with photoshop. Click Image, click Resize, click Image size. The pixel size should be shown. Type 160 in the height box. The width will adjust automatically.
Save As a new file name so you don't overwrite the old file.
Host. Copy url. Replace the old image url in your sig with the new image url.
(If it was me, I'd delete the text and use the image by itself. That way you could make it 200 pixels in height.)
Hope this helps.
