It all starts with the O-line a great o-online=a great team. We have some great players on the line but others are below average.

He doesn't use any of his players correctly. He doesn't deserve to be a head coach. He's just not cut out for it right now. Maybe in the future, maybe. But not right now.

As a Head Coach, he is a terrible Offensive Coordinator and as an Offensive Coordinator, he is a terrible Head Coach. I would not be surprised if he is gone before next week. Snider looked pretty pi$$ed in the booth. Historically, he has not been one to show much patience.
