I am wondering how much did Jon Jansen playing for the Lions affected the outcome of this game. Particularly when you look at the ineptness of the defense.

Need a run blocker and a mobile qb

Jansen seemed extremely pleased that the skins lost to the lions on CSN. And I quote, "I'm extremely happy and it couldn't come against a better team"

I don't think he played a down in last Sunday's game however I do think he may have been invaluable to the Lions game plan.

- His knowledge of the Zorn playbook
- Familiarity with certain defenders

I'm not saying he is the main reason the Redskins lost, heck he may have had nothing to do with the Lions win, but it does beg the question.

It does not hurt to have a former Redskin (10 seasons) player on the bench.

On the postgame show he came across as a jerk honestly..i think he told the Lions everything he knew.

It appears that the entire league figured out Zorn's offense about 12 games ago. I don't think Jansen played a huge role.

Does anyone think that any team in the league is fooling any other team in the league?

There was a fairly remarkable play at the goal-line in the Cowboys-Panthers game last night. Romo called an audible and all of a sudden, the entire Panthers line jumped to the right - which is exactly where the play went.

your probaly right but the fact the Jansen is a Vet and Woodsen is only in his 2nd year might be a factor.Jansen has seen alot more.

Heyer is terrible... but it did look like the Lions linemen were getting a great jump on every snap.

I don't know if Jansen would spill the whole playbook like Lavar, but you don't just let a Vet go and not expect the team he goes to, to not have a great gameplan against you.

He said in the interview that every player had his job this week and his job was to provide the info he had and he was glad that he did. He said he sat in on many more meetings than usual.. life in the NFL.
