After today's dismal performance from a bunch of overpaid worthless bums who play with no passion or heart. This town will be taken over by the start of the NHL season and the CAPS push for a third straight division title. So glad i jumped at the chance to get CAPS season tickets. The Redskins should take a look at Uncle Ted's classy organization and take notice on how to build a contender!! I still love the skins, but am losing patience and desire to watch them really fast. LETS GO CAPS!!!!

I'll root for the Skins but I'll be looking forward to a CAPS playoff run.

The electricity of the playoffs last year at the Verizon was more than any pivotal game that I could remember at FEDEX. Granted I haven't been to every game there (and I missed the playoff game against the Lions ten years ago), but I've been to some pretty important Dallas games and it wasn't even close to what was happening with the Capitals.

I'm giving it until next week's home game vs. the Bucs. If the skins can't turn this thing around, I'll probably be selling the remainder of my season tickets to go watch a few Caps games. Say what you will, when you're a poor college student spending what little extra money you have to see a good football game, 9-7 is far from that. Not to mention Danny Boy is milking the fans for all he can and the crowd seems much less into it this year than those past. Might call it quits until at least Cerrato is out of the front office.

Its better not to get your hopes up anymore just go numb or you'll just fall right back into the trap.

Im not in D.C. either, but I know not too far away here in Virginia Beach, people are getting sick and tired of being sick and tired.
If Snyders next ten years are like his first ten, I could easily see this happening. But not quite yet.
As a fairly new hockey fan, I hope the Caps dont catch what appears to be a severely contagious case of 'loser', that the worthless Deadskins have.

You hockey haters really should give it a chance. I used to not give two ****s about it, but the Caps are really fun to watch. I'm looking forward to hockey season!

If the Wizards ever got good I could see D.C. MAYBE shift to being a basketball town, but hockey will never be #1 here.

So do the Redskins.
We may suck on the field but you make it sound as if that's a reason to stop supporting them.

Go Caps. Ovie is the man. Can't wait for the season to start. The playoff run last year was awesome. Haven't remembered getting so pumped for a hockey game. Hope one day I can feel that way about the Skins.

Can't wait for hockey to start to watch a team that actually cares about more about winning than a paycheck.
Snyder could learn a few things from them.
