View Full Version : Hypothetical What If Scenario: If Zorn is Fired would Gibbs come back (MET)

Okay this is just a hypothetical situation, so i'm not actually suggesting that this would happen.

Let's say Zorn is fired mid week. Since we don't really have anyone on staff right now that could be an interim or even a new head coach, do you think that JOE GIBBS would be willing to return for strictly a temporary role? He could be interim Head Coach and let someone else on staff right now call the plays.

Seriously....Gibbs still allegedly serves as Team Advisor to Dan Snyder...what if Snyder called him up and begged him to come back and just fill in for the remainder of the season???

Let's not get ridiculous here.

There is no way Gibbs would come back.

Even if he would there is no way we should go that route.

No. He was done working under danny and used the excuse of spending more time with his family, while in reality he invests more time with his NASCAR team each week than he did with the Skins.

solidsnake- I formatted your thread title correctly.

Consider that a free pass. However, read the sticky at the top of this forum before you start anymore threads.

Zoony,

What does MET mean after the title? I understand the formatting change, but i see the MET around the boards...what does it mean or stand for?

Good freakin' lord, no, Joe Gibbs would not come back. Hey-Soose.

If Zorn is canned, Buges probably becomes interim head coach unless Snyder already has some big name in mind and ready to go.
