SVP was just talking about the Redskins on his show. They where pretty much talking about Snyder has good intentions, but needs to step down, and put someone more football minded in charge. SVP also said that Washington is a Redskins city, and a lot of the city revolves around the Redskins, and not one team means so much to the city as much as the Redskins mean to Washington.
The one thing he said that I do remember was "There hasn't been an uprising from the fan base, to make Snyder want to step down"
Thoughts?

I just heard that too. He pretty much said its all on Snyder. He's not patient and needs to be more hands off and let football people run the team.
Can't argue with anything he said. We won't be anything special until Snyder brings in some football people to run the FO. Vinny isn't cutting it and we need to make changes.

Snyder doesnt have to sell ... he just has to replace Vinny with someone who knows what the hell he is doing and let them run the team.

And the revolution may not be televised in 2010... because there may be blackouts.

If they lose to the bucs the revolution will beginNo it won't. Snyder won't change anything until it hurts his pocketbook. And not enough people will give up their tickets or their tailgate parties in order to force the issue.

I really hate what Snyder has done to my team. It is a train wreck and has been since he bought the team. There is no overwhelming sense of professionalism or rational thought in the manner that the organization is run. He means well, but if he really loves the 'Skins, he will step aside or step down. In regards to hiring a GM after Gibbs retired, he said "The system we have in place is working, so why change?" So, can we consider it broken now? How much more do we have to endure before Dan can admit he's wrong?

While I know it's from a source that hasn't been posted previously, there is hardly anythng in the OP to merit a whole new conversation when this is being hammered to death in numerous existing threads. Now, and this isn't aimed at MVille, I want to repeat what staff and members have been saying repeatedly:
FOR THE TIME BEING, PLEASE DON'T START A THREAD UNLESS IT'S REALLY REALLY A MEANINGFUL NEW TOPIC.
Seriously guys, show some good adult judgment (not you MVille) and post in existing threads. Fight the need to be a star. Understand it's 99% chance that your idea is already being talked about in an existing thread and unless it's really well-developed or unique (riiiiight) we don't need the wrok and you don't need the potential negative consequences. Bans and NNTs are flying, but I prefer trying pleas to reason as much as possible, call me a sentimental fool. :D
