It's an ACTOR playing Hitler RANTING at someone else. It's the actor's anger, his voice and mannerisms that sell the clip, not his historical status. I thought that was apparent from the first time I saw it.

In all honesty, these clips could be any guy with a strange appearance, raspy voice and speaking a foreign language. The only reason the first spate of these videos got made is because of the rant scenes that could easily be subtitled for laughs. This happens with Bollywood stuff, too, remember.

I will assume the next jokes about Stalin, Mao or others will earn similar outrage from you, as they killed even more people than Hitler.

Hell, I just passed a T-shirt kiosk in the mall that had a sickle and hammer on it.
