If a man did that nowadays (visibly and verbally oogling a contestant).... he'd be fired. But women are showing time and time again.... that despite fighting for equality and attempting to modify male societal behaviour... when put in the same position... they'll exhibit the same behaviour that they've reprimand males for... for so many years.

Personally: That's hilarious. Finger joke was hilarious... I hope that dude met up with her after the show.

Politically: Women are allowed to be forward and borderline inappropriate. Men doing the same thing are viewed as smarmy and aggressive. Obviously a double standard in professional settings. Though it has a lot to do with what the woman looks like, ugly women making public advances aren't treated the same way IMO.
