The greatest punk rock drummer of all time, Chuck Biscuits (born 04/17/1965) played drums with Victorian Pork, D.O.A. (http://www.misfitscentral.com/bands/doa.php), Pointed Sticks, The Subhumans (of Canada), Randy Rampage (http://www.misfitscentral.com/bands/rampage-randy.php), Black Flag (http://www.misfitscentral.com/bands/black-flag.php), Circle Jerks (http://www.misfitscentral.com/bands/circle-jerks.php), Descendents (http://www.misfitscentral.com/bands/descendents.php), Brown Sound (http://www.misfitscentral.com/bands/brown-sound.php), Red Hot Chili Peppers (in 1985), Weirdos (one San Francisco show), Fear (http://www.misfitscentral.com/bands/fear.php), Floorlords (http://www.misfitscentral.com/bands/floorlords.php), Samhain (http://www.misfitscentral.com/samhain/), Glenn Danzig And The Power And Fury Orchestra (http://www.misfitscentral.com/bands/danzig-orchestra.php), Danzig (http://www.misfitscentral.com/danzig/), and John Christ (http://www.misfitscentral.com/bands/solo-john-christ.php). He talked about his experiences in detail in the Flipside #84 (May/June 1993) interview. After leaving Danzig, Chuck participated in a special concert (12/28/1994) to honor the lifetime achievements of his brother Dimwit (Ken Montgomery) who had died earlier in the year of a drug overdose. He played drums at this show for both Stone Crazy and The Four Horsemen. He later briefly joined The Four Horsemen and recorded demos with them before joining Social Distortion (http://www.misfitscentral.com/bands/social-distortion.php) in 1996. He left Social Distortion in 1999. In 1988, Chuck contributed some drum tracks to Run-DMC's "Tougher Than Leather" album.

Another lost to cancer apparently. Didn't know much about him but heard good things form others. Too bad to hear, he was only 44.

Yeah Chuck had throat cancer. His brother died of a drug overdose during the 90's I believe. Very tragic

There are a lot of rumors floating around the net that Chuck Biscuits is alive and well and that this is somehow part of an elaborate hoax. Stay tuned.

Yeah I heard that too. Chuck does have throat cancer though. Alive, or dead cancer sticks are always bad :chair:

From his Wiki page:
Hi all. Reports of Chuck Biscuit's death arise solely from one blog post, http://jgtwo.wordpress.com/2009/10/27/chuck-biscuits-1965-2009/ , which the author now admits isn't confirmed by anything besides anonymous sources. Since this fails wikipedia standards of reliable sources, and since the reports of his death are being challenged as a hoax or viral rumor, I'm going to go ahead and remove the parts of the article dealing with his death. When it is reported in a reliable source, or at least when it becomes more clear what is actually going on, we can re-add the information, if it is accurate. Please research the situation a little before simply re-inserting the allegations. Thanks, ClovisPt (talk) 19:50, 29 October 2009 (UTC)

Rob Zombie "tweeted" that Chuck Biscuits was dead this morning(he did really). Shouldn't that be reliable enough? :silly: j/k
Anyway hopefully Chuck isn't dead and has stopped smoking!

Great drummer - Danzig was never the same without him.

If true, it's a shame. Danzig was the first tape I ever bought, so Chuck Biscuits was the first drummer I ever had on tape, so to speak. Hopefully not true.

D.O.A. Ex-Drummer Not Dead
Posted on Friday October 30, 2009 at 12:01 PM 1 |
Earlier this week it was reported that Chuck Biscuits, former drummer for Vancouver punk band D.O.A. and who in the past pounded skins for Danzig, Black Flag and Social Distortion, had died. Turns out those reports weren’t quite correct.
That’s because Biscuits is alive and well, according to the drummer’s brother. What’s more, D.O.A. founder Joe Keithley told the Canadian Press that reports of Biscuits dying from throat cancer were a “cruel hoax.”
The story also has a special Halloween touch. Keithley said a friend of Biscuits received an e-mail from the drummer days after the bogus death story emerged. Now that’s spooky.
So how did the rumor death mill target Biscuits? Apparently the story originated with a New York freelance writer who now says he was tricked into reporting the drummer’s alleged demise.
