The apple thread made me think this was worthy as well. Baby Yukon Gold potato's are the best there are. Beat russets, red and everything else hands down. A little olive oil, salt and pepper, 3 minutes in the microwave and then on the grill long enough to crisp up the outside. Hmmmmm, mmmmm, mmmmm!!!! The best potato flavor and all the skin goodness. They are a meal in themselves. They're keeping me away from the candy bowl and it wasn't on purpose. :D

I've had Yukon Golds, but never baby Yukon Golds. The meat of Yukon Golds has a rich yellow tint to it.
BTW, Yukon Gold sounds like an old-school type of marijuana.

I like all baby potatoes and fingerlings equally.
For me though, add some butter, garlic, and onion to the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Then saute them on the stove.
