I think Jackson will have a better year than Galloway, would you want a dallas QB? Neither would I too many question marks.
Andre Johnson might not do a lot this year but i rate him highly so if you are in a keeper league keep him!! Vick and J Smith are both going to miss at least a quarter of the NFL season which is about a third of a fantasy season so there is no immediate value but Vick might be firing on all cylinders for Fantasy playoff time.
Emmitt Smith i believe will be overtaken by Shipp although he will start off the season as number 1.
Just my opinion

Jackson will put blow JG away.
A. Johnson, he's still a rookie WR. and his team has a weak running game and a poor OL. what do you think will happen?
Vick now will be playing at least four less games, and his speed/mobility could be hampered. he was the #1 fantasy QB because he can run, not because he can throw. he now moves into the middle of the pack after guys like McNabb, CulPP, Brooks, Warner, Gannon, etc...
Jimmy Smith's value has been dropping on my charts for three straight seasons. going into this one i had him rated as only the 26th best WR, and one that i had no interest in drafting. now with the drug charge he is untouchable.
ESmith is washed up and is the second best RB on his team. Marcell Shipp is the man there, but ARI is interested in selling seats, not winning football games, so ES will get a lot of carries.

1) D jackson
2) Even if he turns out to be a bust, he still would be able to start on most teams
3) Yes, He will be healthy by playoff time and can be used as a decoy, helthy or not.
4) Yes, he has put up 7 striat 1000 yard seasons, and is 34 years old, he still has 6 good seasons left on him, just ask Jerry Rice.
5) He'll do better than he did last year, if he stays as a starter that is.
