youre probably right, but you didnt hear a peep our of him last year (and i'm sure that was partly cuz nobody cares about buffalo). its possible he's at a point in his career where he wants to win. mcnabb put up career #'s with him, so there familiarity. and they both were within a play of winning a SB, and neither have sniffed one since or before. and i'm not convinced he is done. i think buffalos offense was that bad. he was much better after they made changes (as was campbell and the skins offense for awhile...til vinny left).

but i realize i'm probably being too optimistic.

Although I already said in this thread that I do not want Owens in DC, I do disagree with your post. I'm not sure how much being in Buffalo effected him last season. As of this day (no matter what his stats were last season), Terrell is better than any WR on the Redskins roster. I just can't stand the guy as a teammate.

Yes, TO would probably be a bigger distraction than help, but as of today I only have faith in Moss and Mitchell {even though he hasn't gotten the deserved time yet}, so it might be the ticket to get a fire lit under Thomas and the other bum's butts to play like they want to win, because as stated, this is a win-now league, so performance on the field is and should be a top priority to all receivers.
