By his standards, Dallas Cowboys (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/clubhouse?team=dal) quarterback Tony Romo (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=5209) has kept a relatively low profile this offseason. But he'll return to the national spotlight tonight with a pre-taped appearance on NBC's reality series, "The Biggest Loser." In case your spouse hasn't forced you to watch the show, it's about remarkably heavy-set individuals who gather in one place to be heckled by two skinny people.
Sooooo many jokes! Must.resist!

Hasn't he already won that award several times?

I actually love this show and is the only reality show I watch. And now they have to ruin it with Tony Romo. <sigh>

I hope he is not there to give them pointers.
Without citing a source, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported Garrett had what the newspaper described as a “come-to-Jesus” meeting with Romo in which Garrett told Romo he needed to get in better shape to avoid another late-season slump and teammates calling him "fat bottomed girl".
Romo called the report “silly.”
“There was no such meeting,” Romo said on the final day of a mandatory three-day minicamp. “We live in a world where it's sensationalized. When you see something or hear something, you write it. That's completely false.”
Romo said he actually tends to do too much conditioning work.
“If there's anything those guys tell me, it's to throttle back sometimes  just because I do a lot of running playing soccer and basketball and stuff to stay in shape, plus the stuff we do,” Romo said. “So when you hear stuff like that, people don't know. Those writers just write to make an article. That's what it is.”

I'm disappointed, saw this thread and it was like a car wreck, I didn't want to check it out, but I just couldn't help myself and had to look. Then I get in, and right now, no explosions, no blood, no gore, nothing good.

She won, and now he's back on top of her. That's what the thread title really means.:ols:

I was expecting to see Tony had balooned up to 400 lbs and needed to lose a couple pounds. Is he there to give encouragement to Russell?

You know, the best part about real life is that sometimes the jokes just write themselves. :ols:
Doesn't Romo have anybody in his social circle to tell him "Dude, I really, REALLY think you should avoid that 1 show in particular....I mean, you can't see the obvious jokes coming a mile away?"

Too bad that one of the contestants wasn't a Redskins fan so he could constantly crack jokes every time he was on camera with Romo. "Hey Tony, glad you could be here with the rest of us losers" "Hey Tony, what are you doing here? We voted Jessica off last week" "Hey Tony, don't fumble that medicine ball" That could've been pure gold.
