I usally find myself at the bottom half of the draft and usally the best RBs are gone by then. I usally go for the best WR avaliable.

hell no. even if you draft from 6-12, you go RB first, then MAYBE WR second, if you don't get a second back. there are gonna be a lot of value picks at WR in the later rounds. look for Koren Robinson, Chad Johnson, guys like that in the fourth-sixth rounds. you can then get two very good RB's, a great QB, and a top-3 TE.
the only format where i would consider drafting a WR before a RB is when the WR get a point for each catch, as well as yardage and td's...

I always go RB-RB with my first 2 picks. I also tend to wait on QB's until 7-10th round as you can get great value there ( I got Trent Green and Kerry Collins in one draft, Green and Holcombe in another.) The value of QB's ranked 15-20 is good. The value of RB's ranked 15-20 is marginal.
I never take a D or K before the 10th round in 15 round draft, 12th in 17 round.

I would look at who is available before taking a RB just because that is what you should do, if Owens is available then i would pick him up before some of the starting backs but it usually depends on the players available someone might want a QB early which is good news for you. There isn't a right or wrong if you picked up Faulk or Edge early the last couple of years then chances are like me you didn't do too well. All i am saying is be flexible and don't jump on a chain and go with your gut feeling.

Like they said, RB, RB, RB, that is the bread and butter of your team. They get you most of your points. After that I look for a QB then WR.

In my draft last year, I was able to grab both TO and Marvin Harrision in the first and second round. I then drafted Stephen Davis in the Third and Portis in the fourth round. Still had solid RBs.
Everyone in the draft takes the good RB's in the first round. By the time it gets down to the last couple of picks of the 1st are your really getting value over some one like TO or Harrision who are going to score 10-15 TDs and over 1000 yards receiving.
I always try and find the sleeper RB each year later in the draft. When I hit the sleeper I usally make it to the SuperBowl.

I always go RB, RB, best player available. This year, I got the #1 pick and took Ricky Williams. By the time it came back to me, Charlie Garner was the best RB left and right at the bottom of the 2nd tier backs. I had to take him or else get stuck with someone like Warrick Dunn or Antowain Smith.
Then, I didn't want to do it, but I took Peyton Manning. At that point in the draft I try and figure out who will be bringing in the most points for me at that position and their "level" compared with the rest of the people at the same position. Manning was too good to pass up, as was Shockey in round 5.
