So how did I do?

I have 3 teams on the same fantasy football site. This is only my second year of FF so I am still pretty green. I drafted all 3 teams live last weekend and I think that I did alright. I didn't have any time to study or read up on any publications or rankings before the draft, I had been too busy.
I am open to suggestions as to who to start, drop etc... One of my 8 team leagues uses perfomance scoring which basically rewards big plays and takes points for turnovers, missed kicks, and defenses basically playing like crap. All leagues start the following; 1QB, 1RB, 1RB/WR (My Choice), 2WR, 1TE, 1K, 1DT. Each team is allowed an 8 player bench. There is no position requirement for the bench players.

Team 1 pretty good although Carolina D i am not too sure about.

Team 2 i would look at another receiver and drop either a TE or a D (carolina)

Team 3 Running backs aren't too hot here not sold on hambrick and Thomas might not start after a couple of weeks so have a look at the free agents or try and trade with someone else, you are set at QB one of them Maddox or Ramsay might tempt another owner.
