Assuming she clears up the paperwork and the trademark goes through... does that mean she'll start getting royalty checks for sales of the "Nailin' Palin" porno flick?

I don't have any problem with her trademarking her name. She's high profile, it makes sense.
I will be interested to see how it affects their Q rating, and if their prices go up as a result.
