Why was he driving a Ferrari in snow? Better yet, why was he driving a Ferrari 70 mph in snow?

“He certainly feels bad that Mr. Edmondson was injured in the accident,” Elbert said. “Albert Haynesworth is a great guy. He’s a really decent human being. Mr. Haynesworth would like to resolve this if any reasonable kind of accommodation can be reached.”

Said Perry, “The only ‘reasonable accommodations’ needed are handicapped accommodations at Corey’s parents’ house so he can get out of his bed, take a bath or shower and use the bathroom rather than a bucket being held by a caregiver.”

So, pretty much, his lawyer thinks Al should go to Home Depot and buy Corey a few 2x4s, a hammer and some nails. Nice.

And then Corey is supposed to just adjust to life as a paraplegic.

Meanwhile adjusting to nose tackle for $100 million, that's too much.

It's already working on him.....Haynesworth out

After participating in four practices with his new team, defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth was not present yesterday. He did walk gingerly off the field on Thursday after going toe-to-toe with guard Logan Mankins [stats], with the latter saying, “It’s going to be back-and-forth like that.”

With Haynesworth not participating (it’s unclear why), second-year tackle Kyle Love stepped in alongside Vince Wilfork [stats] in the four-man front.

As my mother often told my brothers and I (as we were growing up) you may get by, but you don't get away. What are the chances that he finds himself in his ideal situation (a great chance to compete for a championship ring) and then for health or personal reasons finds himself unable to play. He can move onto 20 more NFL teams but his own demons will continue to follow him and he hasn't be able to outrun them, so far I'm betting sooner or later he'll finds himself in yet another off the field situation and then maybe outsiders will see it wasn't just a Redskins thing. At any rate I'm just glad the ass wipe is no longer our problem.

I was just thinking the same thing. It's like trying to fit a whole cantaloupe into a 2 liter bottle of Coke. :ols::ols::ols:
