I thought I heard it last night, but I wasn't sure until he apoligized. Too funny.

Very funny. I was watching the game with my wife and inlaws when it happend. My wife said to her dad, " Did he just say S**T he should have just thrown that?" I started choking on the beer I was drinking less about what Jaws said and more about the fact that she was paying attention!!! LOL

I don't like the cursing, but you have to admire the man for being that tuned-in to the game. I felt his emotion during that clip.

I did manage to catch this moment, even though I missed most of the game. Great timing on my part!

It's on cable. Ever hear them curse on HBO?

Thought so.

:ols: Even announcers are prone to first game mistakes. Still better than listening to Troy "Obviousman" Aikman drone on.

I am glad most people are not putting their feigned outrage hats on over this.
Personally I found it a lot more obscene that that audience cheered, and several shouted out "YEAH!" during the Republican debate when the moderator asked "So we should just let them die?" in reference to uninsured people with health problems.... Now that is obscene! An ex athlete saying **** inadvertently, not so much.

That was pretty funny. I would love to see sit in during a film break down session with him. I bet he says a lot worse.

I don't even know what you are talking about. If it is about me not liking the cursing, the whatever. I know it exist, I just prefer to not use them..

After Jaws apologized it was like a moment of silence. No one saw it coming or knew what to say. Very awkward lol!

Do you realize how much better it would be if they could swear all the time? Can you imagine Madden dropping F bombs in the middle of his tirades about balls and big ol' such and such? It would be the greatest thing to ever happen to the game. The type of people who get offended arent watching football anyway, and children hear it in school so whats the difference

I thought I heard it last night, but I wasn't sure until he apoligized. Too funny. I asked my wife if she heard it right when he said it, and she said she thought he said "Chip." Knowing there wasn't a guy named Chip in the booth or on the field that he was talking to or about, I rewound the DVR, and we were both pretty sure that is what he said. Then, of course, he apologized later, and my wife and I laughed. I wonder if there will be an FCC fine?
