View Full Version : The Redskins need us this Sunday.

It's plain and simple.. The Redskins need us this Sunday. If there was ever a time for the 12th man to show its face its this week. After all the bad seasons we've been suffering though we finally have a chance to take hold of our division and move to 4-1 and whats even bigger is we would drop the eagles to 1-5.. This is a huge huge game for us skins fan.
I ask every Redskins fan going to fedex this Sunday to be the loudest you've ever been..I want to see the camera shaking on the TV. The Redskins can't get this done alone. They need us.. Lets show them our support and lets go out there and prove to the world we're not pretenders! HTTR and God Bless!! :logo:

I agree.
SILENCE on offense, at ALL TIMES!!!!
GET LOUD and PROUD and ROWDY on defense. I don't want to hear the announcers when Philly has the ball! The team needs YOU!

dude, im broke as a joke. But If I were ever to obtain a free ticket, you'd be able to hear me across the field and the rest of PG County. I can honestly say that my bro and I singlehandedly made a difference last year pounding the panels in the SRO club levels against the Packers last year. I didnt have a voice for a week, and I kept the vulgarity to a minimum...

Sadly, I won't be at the game, and it won't be on TV in NY (surprise surprise) but I'll watch online and I think I'll make a lil video. :)

So some dude who is watching the game on TV is giving the fans going to the game instructions on how to act?
I don't know, just seems funny, but I am sure the crowd will be in to it. I mean, that's why they go to the game.

Minus the wine & cheesers in the club level. Although, it seems they have been diminishing for years. woohoo!

The "get loud!" message can never be repeated enough - great thread, even in its simplicity. We as football fans fret all season about our team, write multi-paragraph posts about potential trades, FA signings, on-field strategy, and so on... but the single greatest impact we can have, to help the team, is to scream bloody murder every time the opponent's offense is on the field at FedEx. Just look at Monday night in Detroit - I think Chicago had something like 9 false start penalties from the noise. That's 45 yards of field position right there, as a gift from the fans.
Represent, 12th man! Give 'em hell

Never got a chance to be loud in that game, they killed the air on the first freaking play.
Plus, the stadium needs to start rocking when they are in the huddle so they cant even hear the play. Confusion from the start. I never understood why fans wait until they are at the line of scrimage. If they can not hear the play, they cant be successful!!

Make some noise folks!
I see having the opportunity to yell at the top of your lungs as a nice release for some pent up anger I like to keep stored away. You know the times when you feel like yelling in somebody's face, but you don't, you save it up, you let it all out at the stadium (on Defense please). You're granted an opportunity to yell and scream at the top of your lungs without fear of reprecussion. Take advantage of it. Look back to your ancestors when man would howl at the moon, throw rocks and sticks and **** at each other, chase down a deer and eat it, unleash that neanderthal spirit that still lives within you, Ted Nugent style!
BE LOUD!!!

Bill Leavy on the whistle, as referee for Eagles and Redskins Sunday. His crew has called 14, 12, 16 and 12 penalties in four games this year.
Factor in a young, inexperienced, patchwork Eagles o-line, and you have the potential for a LOT of false start penalties by the Philly offense, if the home crowd really gets roaring. I'd love to see their o-line get called for false starts early in the game, and see it snowball out of control after that.
Make some noise, 12th Man! Hail
