Sorry, guys, too much went south this week and didn't have time to get a crew together for these or develop solid OPs for these threads--so you're all on your own to get it rolling and keep it interesting. Talk football! Do it right! I have faith in youse! :D

Did Moss blow a chance at us tying the game up at the end?...

I think that once we get a QB, these WR's will look a lot better. Drops are going to happen and I would definitely like to see Moss retire here. I've been happily shocked by Gaffney and Stallworth. They are turning into some decent weapons. I hope they can stay more consistent. Once Hanks back and we get a QB, we are going to have a great passing game.

What do you all think about Anderson? I'm really liking the guy. He seems pretty solid from the little bit that's been thrown to him.

I thought their big Kronkowski is a beast, he basically beat us on his own, ergo when we go to the draft next year we need a big fast linebacker to compete against players of his ilk. I was very happpy with our TE/WR sets our biggest problem is at QB, Grossman makes too many insignificant plays, ie the pass to Tana at the end was rubbish, it was a nothing play that ball needed to be put in the endzone but all in all i am happy

When you see other team's TEs play like that I think it's hard even for Homers to say that the Skins have at least one top 3 TE.

:Kronkowski is a STUD. What about Donte Stallworth (96 yards for the vet)? I was laughing after that first large gain he had :groupwave: :nana:

I love Santana, and the body of work that he has put together as a Skins.

However, I am disappointed that when the games are on the line, except one against Dallas where he caught 2 TDs by Mark Boonell, he keeps coming short - either drops the catch, or fumbles, or just tonks it over to the opponent ... For instance, today's game. If you can't catch it, ensure the ball hits the ground, rather than flipping it up so that the opponents have a shot at making an interception.

This game was lost, and Santana has to man up for his poor play!

moss has more balls slide thru his hands than a $5 hooker

Gaffney looked good, Stallworth wa the biggest suprise to me and looked very good, Moss did not have a great day and dropped a lot of balls, chich seems to happen more and more at bad times during a game. Did we have TE even catch a ball yesterday?

No we didn't. Considering we're kinda lacking in the TE dept, not very suprising.

I really like our WR corp for the most part (add a healthy Hank), they'd look a heluva lot better with a legit qb.

Yeah, I did not recall seeing a TE catch, bit Paulsen usually is good for a catch every now and then. That kid from the Texans that caught a TD..he seems to be picking up the offense pretty quickly as well.

I'm a Santana fan, but really does anyone know why he continues to drop passes over the middle that get tipped for interceptions?

He always seems to do this.

Maybe not top 3 but Fred Davis is Top 5. Dude is a beast and if he had Tom Brady throwing to him he would be putting up similar numbers I'm sure. Not to mention Cooley behind him. Our Tight Ends are definitely a excellent group.

I actually think our depth is pretty good ay TE, I'm not impressed by Paulsen but he seems to be what you would expect of a #3 TE. I mean Cooley being injured and Davis being suspended isnt exactly normal. Most teams rarely have to rely on a 3rd stringer.
