You mean, bring in Charles Mann as the DL coach! I spoke to him and he loves being the mentor/teacher to Orakpo on getting to the QB... Bring back "The Mann"

Charles Mann would be an awesome Coach as well but I'd love PD to help these guys train in the weight room.

Bring in Phillip Daniels as Strength/DL Coach & Darrell Green as Secondary consultant/Coach
Both former players expressed on there twitter accounts recently that they would love to be apart of the organization in some capacity rather than Alumni.
DG and PD both had very long careers and have alot of knowledge and passion for the game to share with the younger guys.
I'd like to see this happen and I hope the Redskins front office makes it happen.

I remember a while back Mann offered to work with Orakpo, and seemed frustrated that he wasn't being asked at the time. Since when have they been working together?

If Gibbs were coaching still, these suggestions would make sense.
But he isn't and they make no sense. These guys don't mean anything to Shanny or his staff, so what do they bring to the table? Shanny isn't firing his cronies to bring in a bunch of untested rookie coaches he doesn't have a close or ANY relationship with.

They should find every former Redskin who was on the team during a playoff win and hire him as the position coach. Alvin Walton for S coach, Champ Bailey for CB coach (pay him $12M a year so he'll quit playing), Jeff Rutledge for QB coach, Ricky Sanders for WR coach, etc.

They still have a relationship with the team, so it wouldn't be ridiculous to think they could help out in some way. That said, it's not like they'd be coming in and running the show.

Don't must strength and conditioning coaches have, like, degrees in their field and stuff?
What does Philip Daniels know about the type of workout that a cornerback should do?
