Nope, and I figure you would be self-conscious (plus, you indicate it openly enough). And you have three great "excuses" (see, I can be helpful :pfft:).

One: in your case, it's business, and staff-wise, we are fine with a fair amount of support and self-promotion here for such when done acceptably (as you always do) and when the member is such a valued part of a forum.

Two: You're not the often-annoying weirdo/******* type (at least as far as the staff is concerned :D) that usually fits that label.

Three: You present a quality of product in all your endeavors worthy for consumption by any reasonable standard (still subject to personal taste, of course).

So you're good and, as an expert, I'd say you're no AW anyway. :cool:

Thank you, sir. If I knew how to tip my cap virtually, I would. This is a place that has been mostly a happy home for many years and that is amongst the reasons I love to share my news here.

Gotta be more than a little shameless to succeed many times Burgold. I have a friend of mine here who is successful professional photographer and her success is growing. She's a go getter and isn't afraid to promote herself. We both started back in to photography big time roughly around the same time. Yet she's well ahead of me business and success wise in part,because of that self promotion,(and I even help her when I can). She's also just damn good at photography. Gotta go out and get it. Success,isn't going to come over introduce itself.

That's your perception. The reality is that I banned anybody who didn't!! :ols: I was the original "mod nazi". People didn't agree with me for any other reason than self-preservation! :ols: Blade NEVER banned anyone.... and Art's policy was NEVER BAN ANYONE just keep debating until you beat them into submission.

Keep in mind, I left the ES staff (a staff of 7 at the time) in 2005. That didn't happen because the staff bent over backwards to accommodate me and my ideas :) In fact, God forbid anyone saved some of my brazen email exchanges. If you thought I was an a-hole to the general membership... imagine me replying to emails without a filter!

And I'd wager that I'm probably the ONLY former ES Staff member than has been banned from ES for various forum offenses... on MULTIPLE occasions! :ols:
