rematch with WVU?
Bring em on.

I would be trying to scrape up money to go to this game but since West Virginia is the opponent, I won't break my already empty bank to go to this game.
I would obviously have much rather played Miami, Pitt, or Va Tech. Although I hate WVU and it will be nice to pummel them, AGAIN, there is not much to gain from a Maryland perspective. Lose, and its an upset; win, and you were supposed to. WVU at least has revenge to gain.

This is not the same WVU team that Maryland spanked earlier this year.
Should be a good game - I am thinking that whatever the over is -take it. There will be a lot of points scored.
What sucks is, WVU was 1:13 from playing in a BCS bowl. Stupid Miami Hurricanes. :(

I was going to go but it is really a no win situation for the terps...Maryland is supposed to win because they destroyed West Virginia and sorry it is the same team... Same coach and players

Scotty has motivation to win this game....and we hear the same thing about WVU every year....they weren't good when we beat them...but now they are?
Ask Phillip Rivers what he thinks of the Terps......he's never beaten them.

Bufford, every year? What, because you beat WVU 2 years in a row, you own them now? I wonder what the all time record is between the two. I would suspect that it leans heavily in WVU's favor...although I am not 100% sure.
Props to Maryland for finally putting together some winning years. But lets not get too cocky.
And RTerps, you want to bet that if Maryland played N. Illinois again they would lose to them again? Yeah, I didnt think so.

I suspect that it doesn't lean heavily towards either team. They've only faced each other yearly for like 25 years. I would guess its pretty even.

Actually, Buff. You are right.
After this 1st game, Maryland holds a 20-19-2 lead.
This game should be better than the 1st one, one can only hope at least.

Maryland does own West Virginia now. In case you haven't noticed, Maryland has beaten West Virginia every year since Ralph Friedgen took over. It's 3 years in a row not 2.
