We have more guards then we know what do do with.
Trade big for small and then release your small.

White is the only man who can hang with Shake in a muscle match.

It must have been his contract.
I never though we got the most of out of white.
If he would ever have gotten the consistant minutes we gave Haywood, Jefferies, Kwame, Dixon, Hughes etc. I think he would have developed. Jefferies makes all kinds of mistake, but he still plays and it's finally paying off. Same with all the others.

In the end, we may have just had to many players to develop and it hard to give them all that much rope.

When we traded him, I thought it was a bad move but what do I know. Maybe we let Knight go to get someone like Lonny.

Jahidi had worse hands than Brenda Haywood. He also couldn't stay healthy. I understand he's playing better for the Suns, but you have to know he looked no where near that type of player here. At least not in a long time. He also was in horrible shape when he came back from injury.

The trade got his huge contract off our cap, and the team never really wanted Brevin Knight. They only kept him so long because so many of our guards kept getting injured.

The Wizards made this trade because Brevin Knight's $5 million per year contract expires after the season.

In the end this is all the trade boiled down to. Jahidi is just horrible though. Freaking Jake Voskuhl starts over him in Phoenix. Phoenix was trying to trade him at the deadline last month, but no one wanted him.
