Player Missing from Roster Database

I was having a discussion in the FedEx Field forum about former Dallas Cowboys on the Redskins. I went to look up the name of the safety Norv Turner brought in (I have since learned his name is James Washington) and was unable to find him in the Roster Database. I know from other sources he was on at least the 1995 roster.
