The marlins are in need of some more RP, and they have been rumored to be shopping Brad Penny. They have BJ Ryan and Buddy Groom on their list of RP they covet.
Plus, according to ESPN we are one of a few teams that will push hard to sign Carlos beltran next year. Just think, if only we got vlad, Beltran-CF, Vlad-RF, Magglio-???LF.
