I'll be making my predictions late monday but I do know this; the election depends on Turnout!
If the pro-Bush turnout is more than anti-Bush turnout; then Bush wins! If the anti-Bush turnout is more than the pro-Bush turnout; then Kerry wins! How simple!
I think there's more energy among the anti-Bush forces. They may not neccessarily care for Kerry but they know that Bush most go! A lot of the newly registered voters will probably go for Kerry. Think it's been said by a 2-1 advantage. Also, the younger voters would be inclined to vote for Kerry. Of course; they actually have to show up. Bush has slight lead in most polls; though a couple have Kerry up. I don't think the polls are tracking the anti-Bush votes since many are young and have cell phones.
It should be fun on tuesday. If you see record voting; especially in democratic areas- that could fortell a Kerry win. Why? They are more democrats, that's why.
I do think this going into Tuesday and this will be reflected in my predictions. I think if Bush wins the presidency- he will win it in a landlside of say 350+ electoral votes and either a narrow popular vote win or a even losing the popular vote again. I think if Kerry wins; he will win say 280-300 electoral votes. He will probably win the popular votes.
Bush probably wins will but my gut tells me that Kerry may pull an upset win and the story if he wins will be record turnout among democrats and young voters. I just feel there's an anti-Bush feeling that will triumph over the pro-bush vote.
One final thing. GO VOTE! You can't ***** or moan if you don't vote. Remember one vote does count!
