Dont get down guys lol, We played the Heat 2 games in a row! They are picked to win the East and have the most dominant player going against Michael Ruffin... so yeah, 2 games out the way early :)

The Wiz are up 88-85. I'm just coming in from a Halo 2 tournament so I haven't seen any of the game. Can anyone tell me how their doing?

Hughes is such a ballhog....Everytime theres a 2 on 1 or 3 on 1, he opts to keep the ball and gets fouled...what a selfish azz. We should use him as trade bait, and see if we can get a bigger center. We shoulda kept that Jahaidi White guy, hes soo freaking huge, he could match up with Shaq pretty well.

Wiz up 101-94 with 46 seconds left. Hughes with 26 and Jamison with 24.

This is definately a different Wiz team, beating a Magic team that was 3-1 and had just beaten an undefeated Mavs team. 106-96 final. Hell yeah Wiz!

We're getting some serious reinforcements soon... we could field a whole other "injury squad" that would be arguably as good as the one we have playing right now.

Well, maybe not, but it wouldnt be worse than our recent Wizards squads.

Great win, but Orlando was without Mobley and Cato. But the Wiz were still without Kwame and Thomas. Also, as i stated in another post. I would have waited to sign haywood. This guy is just wasted space in the middle playing center,IMO.

You have to many guys taking it to the hole and guys having uncontested dunks on a regular basis. The main denominator for the Wiz is Kwame brown or even Etan Thomas. These 2 guys were signed just for the reasons the heat beat the Wiz on both occasions. No one was really there to help the guy Ruffin solidify the post.

Now! if Kwame's improved like he think he has, then the Wiz will be something to deal with. We all no what Ethan is capable of. He solidifies the post alot better than any other player the Wiz have now on the roster. But Haywood IMO is nothing other than a bum taking up precious space in the middle. And frankly, that's one reason the guy Ramos was choosen. Even though the Wizards resigned haywood, I think they're still un-sure about this guy. And during the first 3 games this year, we can all see why.

I totally want to see him. He played the other night in mop up duty. 3-3 in like 4 minutes. I didnt underetand us not playing him against Shaq instead of Jefferies the other night. Whats the worst that could have happen. He got a foul like everyone else did.

Thats why your not the GM and Ernie is. he Signing him cheap was smart. Sure they are unsure but they guy worked his a@@ of over the summary. He is a few post moves short of a major step and he just play 2 games. This game his was 5-7, 13 pts in 23 minutes and 2 BS. Ya, 6 fouls and his feet are still slow. But, he has upside. Worse that happens is he posts decent numbers and we can trade him is Raymos turns into a stud.

Now Kwame, they want to push him, thats why they didnt sign him. If he puts up numbers, he will be worth every dime of what it takes to keep him.

 upside and worked hard over the summer, puhleezzz. And no I'm not the GM. But If I was, haywood would had to prove he was worth his keep, sorry. The guys a bum with feet of stone. Not only that, but he's to timid in the paint when he's there:laugh: . This guy is too big and too bulky to not have the presence that a big man his size should. Not only that, but tha's why he dropped entirely during the draft the the Magic gave up on him.

And just working out and hitting the weight room doesn't justify any change in his game. *****, half the guys in the NBA/NFL etc. works out. But it doesn't constitute alot of them getiing any better in certain areas. We could have signed even a cheaper center that would have more presence in the middle than Haywood. Don't know how long you've been watching the NBA. But haywood is still the same haywood. And how much longer do we have to wait for this guys upside to start uping. Nite in and nite out I witness weaker smaller guys that has alot more tenacity than Haywood would ever have. And frankly, the guy was the same way coming out of North Carolina. And if I'm not mistaken, he was there the entire 4 years, maybe I'm wrong. But ramos will probaly bump haywood further down the splendid bench very soon.

I hope he does. We need someone else in the frontcourt that can score besides Kwame Brown.
