Ramsey made strides in this offseason. He did a real good job of learning in the meetings and on the sidelines. Once he got his shot, he played against some stiff competition, and played well. As he got more comfortable he started to engineer more long drive and the offense woke up under him. He also started to make big plays. He just needs to keep learning and keep making progress.

Gibbs just broke down last seasons off-season moves and the production they provided the team. The way he spoke, a GM is out of the question for this year. Given the moves they made through the draft and last season FA signings, it's hard to argue against the moves they made without a GM. Gibbs is also stating moves are being made with a three-year-plan in mind.
