Next year (hopefully) will be the first year in which all three start from day one, then we'll really see how each has progressed.

For now, after three years:

Ramsey:
74.4 QB rating (highest of the bunch)
23 starts (fewest of the bunch)
55.6% completion (this year really boosted him)
5370 yards
6.4 ypp
33 TDs
28 Ints

Carr:
72.5 QB rating (this year really boosted him)
43 starts
56.8% completion
8136 yards
6.8 ypp
34 TDs
42 Ints

Harrington:
67.2 QB rating
44 starts (highest of the bunch)
54.2% completion
8221 yards
5.6 ypp
48 TDs (most)
50 Ints

All three were in different situations their first three years but each has show steady improvement.
Can't wait to see how they do next year!

Here's to 16 games for each next season

Ramsey is the best qb in that class easily, carr never had a chance in this league after being sacked 80+ times on a talentless expansion season, and harrington? hes got all the tools but he just doesnt have 'it'

i think they all are doing admirably and its hard to label any as a bust.

Still too hard to evaluate who is the best qb from this bunch, IMHO. Ramsey, as mentioned, hasn't had the number of starts that the others have had and as Carr and Harrington get a better supporting cast around them, their numbers have improved.

And to think the Skins at one point were hoping to make a deal to get Harrington. (According to the Washington Post).

I'm happy with Patrick...some have labeled Harrington a bust...however I feel he needs a little more time with his supporting cast (Williams is going to be something to watch) and he is showing flashes of what he can do.

I think by Mid-way through next year you'll finally know which of them will be great, serviceable, or flops.

come on, just watching carr & harrington you can see there just not that good, maybe one day they will do a brees, but right now id consider both of them 'poor'

I think carr will be the best, I think Harrington is a Chump, and I think Ramsey will be a good NFL QB. The definition of good changes from average/good to really good/good depending on how his supporting cast performs.

I've said all along, though, that I thought Ramsey was the answer from the beginning and it was silly to bring in Brunell last off-season- I think he'll be a very good NFL player.

I could see Carr turning it on next year but not Harrington, Carr & Ramsey imo will come out somewhere between serviceable starter and greatness, while Harrington will end up a backup somewhere in the next couple of years.

Actually, Harrington was closed to being benched for McMahon this year. Didn't happen, but I'd reserve judgment on him until one more year passes. He's certainly not there with Carr.

I think Carr, out of Carr and Harrington, is the better long term prospect. I thought he made some major strides this year and the Carr-Andre Johnson combo will be something to watch in the coming years. I think Ramsey clearly made progress this season and I'm really looking forward to see how he does next year. I believe things will 'slow-down' for him even more next year and he'll appear more instinctive in the pocket as well as his reads. I really hope he watches Manning during the playoffs and picks up some things.

Harrington has been inconsistent, but to his credit, he did throw 19 TD's and 12 INTS with a 77 rating last season, which isn't that bad.

However, if C.Rogers comes back healthy next season with Roy Williams at the other WR position and Kevin Jones in the backfield, there will be no excuses for Harrington next season if he doesn't put up some good stats.

You forgot to add Josh McCown... He was drafted in what the third round?

do you guys watch the texans? yes carr has been better than harrington, but hes still very very average when it counts, im not saying hes a bust but im certain the texans HQ would be expecting alot more from him at this point

He's already had the best individual season of the three and has been steadily improving.

All the other have been inconsistent and seen their share of bench time SINCE they've been named starters.

He also has the best combination of smarts, arm, and mobility.

What else do you want?

Carr is also a pretty good leader. He has played hurt at times and led his team to victory, and his team appears to rally around him at times.

I think he is probably going to be the best of the bunch, when all is said and done.
