This signature was a bit challenging. It would be easy if all the teams had the same colors, but it couldn’t be that easy. Anyway, here is my attempt at your requested multi team signature touching on all of your requests.

It's going to be a while dude. I did that at work today, and I did not send the PSD home, and I am off tomorrow, and the weekend. I"ll get the pic however and email it to work for Monday.

Bugs', I also just found out that I made that sig a bit too large. I was re reading the rules, and it specifically says not beyond 450 wide. I was thinking it was total pixel size of 450X300 but it turns out its not. I am only at 500 wide on this one, so it won't look too different.

OK, so I lied. Since I had to make this a little smaller I went ahead and just edited the pic posted on here. I've added in your pic, and I think this is a lot better than it was with the first one.
Here is the finished product.
