I would love to see the Redskins take Merrimen. He is one of the best two way DE's I have ever seen. Look at the ACC's tackle stats, he is the only devensive lineman in the top 50.

But I don't think he is worth the 9th pick. Unless he really impresses during the workouts.

yea that's quite some depth at the DE position this year. I don't think none of them are worthy of the 9th pick, but we'll see what happens

With Merriman being the most probable.

I don't get these two rankings below at all. What is the scoop on these two guys? They are supposed to be better than Tuck, Swancutt, and Spears?

It does not matter. The Skins will not draft any of them. With Coles and Gardner gone, we need to draft a WR. With no #2, all of these DEs will be gone by the time we get to choose again.
