Well, technically we'll be around 10 mil under the cap (assuming Coles gives back atleast half of his signing bonus), and that's without Samuels restructuring, so...
maybe Samuels will finally step up, be a man and restructure, so we'll have even more cap space cleared up.

So yes, we basicallly have to go after a big name FA WR now to be our #1, and that could be anyone from Plaxico, Porter, Mason, or pursueing Moss.
