I think this is probably the biggest problem since Snyder took over the team, and quite frankly, to blame it on Snyder is wrong, because I think from Snyder's point of view, he looked at it like, signing great players for BIG MONEY should make the team better, however it seems more apparent that the players see the dollar signs that Snyder waves in front of them, and they come here to collect the pay day and figure they will be cut in a couple of years anyway, and walk away with a bundle of cash.

I think Gibbs is trying to change this culture that has engulfed this organization since 2000.
