I have a question for the puter experts.

Having teenagers in the house I'm considering buying the Spector Pro software for the kids PCs.

I'm told that you must buy the software for EACH computer you wish to monitor. $150 per pop.

How do they control this? By emailing you a password or some lisc. number etc...

Also...What happens if a puter crashes or is replaced with a new one? Would we have to buy the software again?

Any suggestions on other products or free downloads?

Sounds expensive. Just let the kids look at porn. No just kidding. When I want to monitor a computer I looked up some ways like Cookies and stuff.

If you have XP you can check what they are able to view. No need for all that software.

Take a look out there, there has to be cheaper products. What about CyberCop and all that stuff? I'm sure there are tons of products.

As far as the computer crash, you would likely just need to have your license documentation.
