Absolute worst decade of music ever. The 80's is an entire generation of music I wish could be erased with the exception of a few like Metallica and The Cure.

Debbie Boone was/is very pretty and IMHO very sexy. She's also very religious. Oh yeah, she's Pat Boone's daughter.

The song, like so many other songs, was about sex. :)
Back then you couldn't get on the radio and say, "Let's F***" the way you can today.
So the song went:
"I got a brand new pair of roller skates,
You got a brand new key.
I think that we should get together and
try them out to see.
I've been looking around awhile,
you got something for me..."
If this doesn't make sense, just remember that back in the sixties you could buy roller skates for kids that fit over the shoe, and you used a key to adjust the size.
And yes, I'm extremely old, you whippersnapper. :D
